BioFirst of all, I am a big Geek. Yes, thats geek with a capital 'G' (but that doesn't mean I'm genius level smart). I mean I like being creative, but I enjoy the technical aspects of things. Which, is why I chose to study Maths and Physics.
Being a child of the 20th Century, I do spend a lot of time on the net, most of my time gets spent reading. While I still love reading books, I have also found great reads online, mainly in the form of fanfiction. Naturally, this evolved from my love of particular TV shows.
The only thing I might possibly do more than surf the net is watch TV. My main shows that are currently running are Stargate Atlantis (on its last season now) and NCIS (hopefully has many more to come). I also watch classics like Firefly, and other shows like Psych, and a few British ones like Torchwood and Being Human.
I am going to study Mathematics and Physics at University this year, but still have no idea what I actually want to do in the future.
I was born in Britain, but my parents originally come from Bangladesh (in Asia), so I really have a wide range of interests. So, in addition to English movies I watch Indian movies aswell. I have a huge contrast in the music I lsten to, from old classics, to rock, to Indian.
I love to broaden my knowledge, I really wanna know something about everything (its a big challenge). I am currently trying to learn British sign language (BSL), I think I have the alphabet down and a few words but can no way have a conversation.
I do tend to spend a lot of time sitting around doing nothing, not that I'm lazy (well not that much), its just that I like thinking as opposed to doing things.
You know, I think the best way to describe me would be 'Wierd'. All my friends and family admit it, and quite truthfully, I dont mind. I like to be different.
